Shipping is FREE for:
• Orders above MYR80 in within West Malaysia
• Orders above MYR100 in within East Malaysia.
• Orders above MYR300 to Singapore & Brunei.

• Orders above MYR500 to Australia.

For shipping charges to the rest of the world, please enquire within.

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order once payment is completed. We ship all parcels via J&T Express/DHL/Aramex.

You will receive a notification email with the tracking number and details on how to track your parcel’s progress. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination on the same account, orders will be combined with one tracking number unless otherwise requested. If you have preorder(s) or backorder(s) within your purchase, the whole order will be shipped in one parcel when the item(s) are back in stock. Please contact us if you wish to have the ready stock item(s) shipped separately, however, kindly note that additional shipping fee will incur.

All paid orders cannot be cancelled. However, if you've had a change of mind prior to making payment, please write in to us to request for cancellation. If we fail to hear from you in within 24 hours from the date of order placement, your order will then be auto-cancelled.

You are responsible for any costs incurred for parcels returned to us due to attempted deliveries, incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all redeliveries.

Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location and mobile number is accurate, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact our delivery partners directly about any misssing, lost, undelivered or abandoned packages.

Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed in the circumstances stated below:

• Change of mind
• Earrings due to hygiene purposes
• Sale items
• Chain breakage, damaged and tarnished products due to improper care. Kindly refer to our guide on how to care for your jewelry

In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via Instagram or email us at [email protected] for a refund or replacement.

We currently accept online banking via Payex and direct bank transfers only. Kindly refer to Shipping & Payment for more info.

Yes, sure! To add a handwritten card, you may purchase our Greeting Card along with the rest of your carted items. Simply add your message in the 'Remarks' column at the checkout page and leave the rest to us.
