All our products are quality checked and packed by hand before they're delivered to you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed in the circumstances stated below:

In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via Instagram or email us at [email protected] for a refund or replacement.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will send you a guideline via email on the refund process. You may be required to provide your banking details in the process, if necessary.
For replacements of wrong or defective items, shipping fees will be borne by us.
