Shipping

Shipping is FREE for:
• Orders above MYR80 in within West Malaysia
• Orders above MYR100 in within East Malaysia.
• Orders above MYR300 to Singapore & Brunei.
• Orders above MYR500 to Australia.

Please allow 2-3 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) for us to process and ship your order once payment is completed. We ship all parcels via J&T Express/Aramex/DHL.

Import Duties & Taxes

We cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding taxes and duties.

Payment

We currently accept online banking via Payex and direct bank transfers.

For bank transfer method, our bank transfer details will be shown upon checkout. Kindly upload transaction receipt in a screenshot or scanned copy in within 24hrs once payment is made in order for us to process your order timely. Do include the transaction Reference ID too. All orders placed without a proof of payment will be deemed unpaid and will not be processed.
